The M3 API's does not always allow to pass in the responsible (RESP) or (CHID) in the API then the responsible becomes the Service Account user instead. A workaround is to pass the logged on User ID as USD1 (user defined field 1 in MHS852/G) and link it in MWS070 (if on CE or possibly a late version of 13.4).
