Set up additional language

Mobile Action comes with English as standard. 

Additional languages that M3 supports can be set up.  Note all MA unique labels & constants that are not found in M3 (like specific Labels or Messages or Menus and Icons have to be translated manually, the process or customising an existing M3 label is the same.

Limitation: The M3 API language is picked up by the logged on API user so multiple languages are required a new MA ENV for each language is required that uses its own API user. Once we can use the logged on user as the API user then this will not be a limitation anymore. 

We currently only support English and Simplified Chinese 

Steps to enable this:

1. Set the language in MNS150 for the API user to be ex CS for Simplified Chinese

2. Set the language on the Android device to be Simplified Chinese 

3. Load any ITEM names and descriptions to MMS030 for CS language (to display on screen in MA) 

   Limitation in M3 MMS060MI loads Item name and Item description but it is not based on the language of the user it is just from MMS001/E not MMS030. In other places we load via MMS200MI_LstItmBasic and it loads the Name and Description in the right language. 

4. Identify any missing constants and translate and add to lMA language file on AWS
