Process flows

MA support reclassification of both lot and expiry managed balance IDs as well as non-lot controlled balance ID’s.

1. Reclassification
   • Full access to all status and allocable values as well as all dates in the lot master
2. Recl. Concession
   • Only allows status 3 balance ID's with an expiry date of today or earlier (reclassified over night, past midnight) to be reclassified to tomorrows date and status 2. 
   • Note: This is a F&B specific function that is recommended that only quality trained staff has access to. This function supports the action of M3 automatically reclassifying (Set up in Planning policy - MMS037) at end expiry or sales date and for an authorised human to manually override if the ingredients are still OK to cook with.
3. Recl. Reject
   • This only allows stock in status 2 to be set to status 3, no date changes. This is a function every body can have access to to be able to flag goods as non usable for various reasons. Note: once set to sts 3 a user with better access needs to put it back if deemed OK - by using M3 or the full reclassification function.
4. Recl. Inspect
   • Same as Reject but status 2 to 1 instead
5. Recl. Hold
   • This only allows the user to put the stock to "Hold" which means that the allocable flag is set to 0. Note: this function also allow the user to set it back to allocable 

Instructions

	Input can be typed in or a GS1 barcode can be scanned in. note it needs to be scanned twice (once for item and once for lot if it is a composite barcode that contains both AI's 0114434567001829310200172310R20220809195802743 (01)14434567001829(3102)001723(10)R20220809195802743 Note: This function reclassifies all balance ID's of this lot
	There is nothing to change here: the function will default to tomorrows date, allocable and status 2.   If the user confirms it will set this in M3 for all balance ID's related to this lot. Note: It does not check if this expired already or if it expired a long time ago. It is up to the user to ensure the goods is still OK to use in for example production.
