How to reset a Candidates Password

 

 

Under Administrator search for Identity > drop down the Data Folder > got to Identity / Business Classes

Search for the candidate by Login / Email address


Right click and Reset Password

Enter a New Password (within Policy requirement) > click Save


Go to the Candidate page and test the reset has completed successfully.
