Process flows

Here is where we link a user to at least one role.

If a user has no roles it will not have access to any menu tiles and thus not be able to transact in Mobile Action.

	Find the user by scroll up and down, Tap on field to sort grid in different order Tick/untick the roles to add/delete and save.
	Any user with no roles ticked are found in the disabled tab. This means if we create users using MobileAction registry instead of importing them the new user ID is easily found there
	If IFS User import is used (this icon is controlled in general system settings) when we click on this button all users with at least one matching role in M3 Infor OS IFS (Infor Federation Services) will be imported and automatically ticket here. This simplifies the user maintenance in MobileAction. If cognito Authentication is used the useror admin person will get an email with the set temporary password: when the user logs in the user is prompted to change It isimportant to communiate the policy beforehand:
	To delete a user that is set up: Drag from left to right on the line tapping on the line (away from the left edge - that is the menu) then press delete. Note: This ALSO deletes the cognito user ID & password and if the user is still active in IFS (as it has a valid MobileAction role set up as a group it will be reimported and a new temporary password will be issued
