Issue


User's in the HCM Web UI can see different terminology for field names within some forms. When changing the ISO Locale language under the Actor form this has not changed the terminology (proposed solution).

Resolution

User to update Ming.le Localization Settings to equal HCM > Actor IOS Locale

 

Steps

  1. Go to the User Menu > User Settings Localization Settings > Change the Language and Locale > Click Save

  2. From the HCM Web UI go to Administrator > Actor > Double Click on your user. Under the Detail Tab go to Locale > Iso Locale > Search for en_GB > Click Save

  3. Logout of the HCM application and log back in. Changes should be applied.
    NB If you are still experiencing terminology issues go to the browser history and clear the cache.
