Issue


The following alert message pops up when trying to action a Customer Order.

Alert

The order is locked by a user or by the system. A correction is therefore not possible. Retry when the order is no longer locked.


Resolution


Go to OIS300 Customer Order. Open Toolbox

Search for the CO no, right click Related > Order Lines (CTRL+15)
You will receive the following error

Click OK

This will call the Order Lines program OIS101/B1

Select Actions Close (F3) to exit the program

This will unlock the Order
