Process

Starting point:

Set up users in IFS (Infor Federation Service) (that can be synced in many ways and should be covered by M3 Admin training)

For users that don’t need M3 access ensure they are ticked as non-licenced users in MNS150/E

Ensure users have an email to receive the initial login details

For users with no email use a generic catch all email like maadmin@domain.com.au

(One such email is also recorded on the env install to catch any email to be send without an email)

Ensure roles are set up on each user as security roles or groups in IFS

Note: these roles needs to be linked to the warehouse such role has access to so if a user have access to WHS XXX and YYY there should be 2roles XXX_ROLE and YYY_ROLE so we can link most users to only the one WHS.

Import the users from M3 to Mobile Action and they will then automatically get their roles assigned (and subsequently the WHS and functions).
